Being a life-long learner.

This week I spoke three times about the importance of rest on your Mental Wellness and the physical and neurological effects it has on the brain.

What audiences see, is the end result of my work. The stories, the laughter, the science and the practical application to help them to Be Kind to Their Minds.

What they don’t see is me geeking out over peer-reviewed data and doing a happy dance in my office when I learn something new and exciting about neuroscience and brain health.

I truly love the teaching, I absolutely love the presenting, but I honestly love the learning too.

I’m on a lifelong learner journey when it comes to my Mental Wellness and it’s a privilege to get to share it with others everywhere I go.

When your staff, conference or group needs to tackle the vital topic of Mental Wellness in a practical, fun and uplifting way, send me a message!

I’d love to come and teach you to Be Kind to Your Mind from a science-meets-lived-experience point of view.

Ngā mihi nui,

Julia Grace
