93 and still rocking it!
On this International Women's Day, meet my new friend Betty.
She's 90-something years old, sharp as a tack and dressed to the nines. Her smile lights up the room and she was the first one up to tell me how much she learnt from my Be Kind to Your Mind workshop sessions last weekend.
