Recognising the Wobbly Point

Recognising your Wobbly Point means tuning into the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges even before they turn into symptoms.

Feelings of overwhelm.
Short fuse and irritability.
Retreating into yourself.
Difficulty making decisions.
Losing things.
Changes in appetite.
Feeling like the walls are closing in. Difficulty catching your breath.

These are just a few of the ways that our bodies let us know that something needs to change.

I reckon I lose my keys, I lose my phone and I lose the plot! :)

Research tells us that the earlier we can take positive action, the quicker the road to recovery when it comes to our mental health.

How does your body let you know that something is not quite right?
