When everything is BIG, go small.
Full disclosure. I’m facing some massive things at the moment, as are so many around the country and around the world. I can often see overwhelm the eyes of audiences as I travel around speaking, and as always it’s an honour and a privilege to use my own journey to help others.
This week I delivered an important Mental Health message to a beautiful crowd that I am putting into practise today. If you are feeling the sense of overwhelm, you can try it too.
When everything is BIG - go small.
Find ONE THING you can to do help.
Spot ONE THING that tickles your fancy or makes you smile.
Message ONE PERSON to let them know you’re thinking of them.
Take ONE MINUTE to step outside, put your feet on the whenua, feel the earth and breathe.
Say ONE prayer or give ONE expression of gratitude.
Be Kind to Your Mind this week, by just doing one thing at a time and join me in finding things and moments that though they may be small, and simple, can be rich and deep.
