"That's great, but what do I do on Monday?"

How do we meet the needs of our people in a practical and pragmatic way, while still honouring the important role faith plays in everyday life? When Julia was diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety, she did a deep dive into the practices that help, and then did what every speaker does. She started talking about it. And the feedback was phenomenal.

Churches across New Zealand and worldwide have hosted these events, creating bridges into their communities through outreach and practical support.

"Unless the Lord had given me help, I would soon have dwelt in the silence of death. When I said 'My foot is slipping', your love, O Lord, supported me." Psalm 94:17-18

The Wobbly Point
Where Scripture and neuroscience meet

This passage is the foundation of Julia's work. The moment your foot is slipping, before you fall, is what she calls the Wobbly Point. It's the gap between coping and not coping, and it's exactly where the right tools make all the difference. Julia's sessions are built around giving people something solid to reach for in that moment.

Your V.O.I.C.E. for Impact
"And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this." Esther 4:14

Leadership in the church is one of the most communication-intensive roles there is. V.O.I.C.E. is a practical leadership framework built from 30 years of lived experience in ministry, not theory, and not a corporate workshop repackaged with a scripture. This is the real stuff, for leaders who are already doing the work and want to do it better.

V

Learn to speak and listen to yourself in real time. Essential for leaders who hold space for others.
O
Own the elephant in the room
