Start the Year right! #1
Slow and steady wins the race, but it has to start somewhere! Here’s part 1 of 3 ways to set intentions for the year that can actually work for you.
Day #1 MORE OF
Start by taking some time to reflect on the last 12 months, noting what worked for you over the course of the year. Were their days in 2025 that you would like More Of in 2026? Do you want to continue what you were doing or build even further?
Our brains are much better at moving toward things that work, rather than running away from things that don’t. By focusing on the positives, we can avoid knee-jerk reactions and use the momentum we may even already have going.
Rather than saying:
In 2026 I want to be less tired
Try:
In 2025 I felt great on the days that followed going to bed earlier
In 2026 I want MORE OF those days
Start with 3 MORE OFs and get ready to build on them with me over the next two days!
