When everything is big, go small.
You probably know, that I get easily distracted by small things. Fun stuff, quirky ideas and anything that sparks my imagination.
At the moment, the world feels massive. The problems feel insurmountable and the feeling that the walls are closing in on us is one that I can see on so many faces as I travel around speaking.
Today I delivered an important Mental Wellness message to a beautiful crowd.
When everything is big - go small.
Find ONE THING you can to do help.
Spot ONE THING that tickles your fancy or makes you smile.
Message ONE PERSON to let them know you’re thinking of them.
Take ONE MINUTE to step outside, put your feet on the whenua, feel the earth and breathe.
Be Kind to Your Mind this week, by just doing one thing at a time.
