When I speak, audiences are left with a challenge. What are we going to do with the things we have learnt?
We all KNOW that small lifestyle changes create habits that have big results, but how often do we get stuck on the ‘putting it into practice’ part?
So I made a thing. It’s a no-cost, low-pressure, but strategic way to bridge the gap between KNOWING and DOING.
In conjunction with my current theme of the One Degree of Change, I’ve created a Facebook group called the One Degree of Change 30 Day Challenge.
It’s open to anyone (within reason), and you’re invited. All you need is an idea, a small, strategic change that you’re prepared to practise for 30 days alongside others who are doing the same.
No drama, just down-to-earth small wins.
